Special Spring Break Program: Look up to the Stars Part 2!
Back by popular demand! Join us for a special family night program as Dr. Kevin Manning presents “Roadmap to the Stars: The Night Sky Explained.” On Tuesday, March 25th, at 7:00 p.m., Dr. Manning will present a free presentation/slideshow at the Clay Community Center. Afterwards, head outside to view the stars through a powerful telescope.

Housed in the historic Jayford Ware house, the Clay Public Library is one of the newest libraries in Jefferson County, Alabama, opening in October of 2009. Funded primarily by the City of Clay with support from the Jefferson County Library Cooperative, the library currently holds over 8000 items, including bestseller fiction and non-fiction, children’s and teen books, books on CD, and a rapidly growing DVD collection that includes most new releases. We have a computer room with four public computers, and we offer free wireless Internet access. We offer programs and special events for both children and adults. Make plans to visit us soon!
